Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be canceled without chance of refund or the possibility of backing up your site content.

Free Web Hosting -

Any website hosted by 365 Hosting that is not in the English language must have an interpretation system in place. Contact us for more information.

If an account holder has not logged into or uploaded files to their account within 7 days after the account was created (http, FTP, cPanel, SSH, Webmail, etc); it will be terminated, not suspended. We require an index file (index.html, index.htm, index.php, etc) in your "public_html" folder where your root hosting path is. We do not necessarily have to inform the account holder, as the account is presumed abandoned.

By using 365 Hosting Services you agree to receive our Newsletter. This is only to inform account holders of website updates, policy changes and new services offered by 365 Hosting.

The following is NOT ALLOWED on 365 Hosting Servers:

- Use 25% or more of system CPU resources for longer then 60 seconds. There are numerous activities that could cause such problems; these include: CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc.

- IRC Scripts/Bots
- Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
- Pirated Software/Warez
- Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)
- AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites
- IP Scanners
- Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
- Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts
- Banner-Ad services (commercial banner ad rotation)
- File Dump/Mirror Scripts (similar to rapidshare)
- Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams)
- Escrow/Bank Debentures
- High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or Related Sites
- Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid)
- Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s)
- Prime Banks Programs
- Lottery Sites
- MUDs/RPGs/PPBGs
- Hateful/Racist/Harassment oriented sites
- Hacker focused sites/archives/programs
- Sites promoting illegal activities
- Forums and/or websites that distribute or link to warez/pirated/illegal content

- Run any gaming servers such as counter-strike, half-life, battlefield1492, etc.
- Run any file sharing, bit torrent or other P2P network services, client or server software.
- Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server. This includes any and all daemons.
- Use of any kind of distributed computing software, including but not limited to SETI@home, Node Zero and Folding@home

Suspension/Termination Policy -

It is the account holder's responsibility to ensure that our account Suspension/Termination policy is understood. You can view this by clicking here. If your account has been terminated, we will not re-create it again and we keep records of all accounts terminated.

End User Profile -

It is the account holder's responsibility to ensure all contact information is kept up to date for 365 Hosting records.

If we find the account holder has provided any false information, the account will be terminated.

Back Ups and Data Loss -

We are not responsible for your data loss.

Back Ups are generated automatically with in the end user's control panel but 365 Hosting does not guarantee it will be the exact file you need.

The end user agrees to create and store his or her own back ups.

Fees and Technical Support Costs -

365 Hosting reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

-Reactivation Fee - $10

-Resource Usage Fee - $5

-Backup Retrieval Fee - $15/GB

-Overage Fee - $5/GB

-Technical Support Fee - $45/hour (1 HR Minimum)
